About X Apps
One person, a handful of free apps, and guides written to be useful on their own.

Who makes this
X Apps is made by one independent developer in India, who goes by OutcastX. I build the apps, write the guides, answer the email and run the server. There is no company behind the site and no investor. When you write to support@x-apps.in, the message comes to me.
What X Apps is
X Apps is a small set of free tools, each built to do one job properly:
- Plotwise converts Indian land units, works out the full cost of a plot or flat including stamp duty and registration, and walks you through the documents and rules before you pay. It runs in 13 Indian languages.
- AI MultiTool is a free AI chat that switches between free AI services when one reaches its limit, so the conversation keeps going.
- SiteBuilder is a drag-and-drop website builder that runs in your browser. It is an early version.
- Influencer Pro is Windows software for building a clearly labelled virtual creator, running offline on your own PC.
You never have to create an account, and what you save stays on your own device. The privacy policy explains exactly what is and is not collected.
Why the apps are free, and how the site pays for itself
Hosting and domain names cost money, and so does my time. Some pages on the site, and the Android version of Plotwise, show ads from Google. That income pays for the server. I do not sell your data and I do not track you. The only thing I count is how many times each page is visited and how often an app is downloaded, with no cookies and no record of who you are. I also do not put ads in front of the apps’ core features. If a better way to cover costs appears, I will use it.
How the guides are written
The guides exist because a calculator is only as useful as the understanding behind it. Each guide is written to explain a topic from the ground up, with worked examples you can check by hand. They are based on the published rules and common practice, and where something varies by state, I say so rather than pretend there is one answer. I write them myself; they are not copied from other sites.
Money and property are serious subjects, so every guide carries one firm rule: it is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Duty rates, guidance values and land laws differ by state and change over time. Before you pay, confirm the figures with the sub-registrar’s office, a qualified lawyer or a chartered accountant.
Corrections
If you find a mistake in a guide or an app, please tell me. Send the page, what you think is wrong and, if you can, a link to an official source. I will check it, fix it and update the “last updated” date on the page.
What I will not do
- Pretend to be a lawyer, a tax adviser or a financial adviser.
- Hide ads inside content or make ads look like part of the apps.
- Ask for payment details, passwords or identity documents through the contact form.
- Publish reviews or testimonials that are not real.
