Terms of use

These terms apply to the X Apps website at x-apps.in, including the homepage, the app pages, the guides and the web versions of the apps served from this domain. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using the site and apps

You may use the site and the free apps for personal or business purposes, as long as you follow the law and these terms. Do not use them to break the law, to harm others, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to try to gain access to systems or data that are not yours. Do not copy the site wholesale, or republish the guides as your own, without written permission. Short quotations with a link back are fine.

General information, not advice

The guides and the calculators on this site give general information and estimates. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and nothing here creates a lawyer-client or adviser-client relationship. Land and property rules, stamp duty and registration rates, guidance values, tax rules and unit sizes differ between states and change over time. A calculator result is an estimate that depends on the figures you enter and the defaults it uses. Before you pay money, sign a document or make a decision, confirm the facts with the relevant government office or a qualified professional.

Apps are provided as they are

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Some apps are early versions and may change or stop working. I may add, change or remove features and apps at any time.

Downloads

Some apps are offered as downloads, such as the Android versions of Plotwise and AI MultiTool and the Windows setup for Influencer Pro. These are not from an app store, so your device may warn you before installing. Download only from x-apps.in, and compare the published SHA-256 checksum on the app page if you want to verify the file. You install and run them at your own risk, and you are responsible for backing up your own data.

Third-party services

Some features use other companies’ services, such as AI providers, map and geocoding services, Google sign-in and Google Drive, and email delivery for the contact form. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for them, for their availability, or for what they do with information you send them. Free AI services in particular have usage limits and may produce incorrect answers, so check anything important.

Your content

Anything you create in the apps, such as chat sessions, website projects or generated media, belongs to you and stays on your device unless an app says otherwise. You are responsible for it, including making sure you have the right to use any text, images, voices or likenesses you include, and for following the rules of any platform where you publish it. Influencer Pro has additional rules about responsible use, shown on its page, which you agree to when you download it.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, guides, logos and code are the property of their maker unless stated otherwise. Open-source components and third-party models used by the apps stay under their own licences. Some models that Influencer Pro downloads are licensed for non-commercial use only, so check the licence list before you earn money from what you make.

Advertising

Some pages and the Android version of Plotwise show ads served by Google. I do not control which ads appear and do not endorse the advertisers. See the privacy policy for how ads use cookies and how to control personalised advertising.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, that results from using or being unable to use the site, the apps or the guides, or from relying on any estimate or information in them. This includes loss caused by errors in a calculation, an out-of-date rate, a wrong unit conversion or a decision about a property purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site links to government portals, search pages and other websites for your convenience. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of India.
