Privacy policy
How the X Apps website handles your information, including cookies used by Google ads.
Last updated 2 November 2026
This policy covers the X Apps website at x-apps.in, including the homepage, the app pages under /apps/, the guides under /guides/ and the About, Contact and Terms pages. Each app also has its own privacy policy, linked from its page. For Plotwise, see the Plotwise privacy policy.
What we collect
You don’t need an account to use this site, and we don’t ask for your name, email or any other personal details. We don’t use analytics services or tracking cookies of our own. The only thing we count is visits and downloads, described below.
If you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to reply to you. The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the message to email it to us. You can also email support@x-apps.in directly.
Visit and download counts
The homepage, each app’s page and the web version of each app (Plotwise, AI MultiTool and SiteBuilder) show how many visits that page has had, and Plotwise shows how many times its Android app has been downloaded. When you open one of these pages, your browser asks our own server to add one to that page’s total. The counter sets no cookies and saves only the total number.
To avoid counting reloads and repeat clicks, the server briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) combination of your IP address and browser type in its memory, for up to 30 minutes for a visit and 10 minutes for a download, and then forgets it. It is never written to disk or to a log, and we keep no record of who visited. Obvious search-engine crawlers and scripts are not counted. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the page shows the total but does not add you to it.
Plotwise
The areas, prices, localities, saved rates, checklist progress and settings you enter in Plotwise are stored only on your device, and we cannot see them. When you use its location search, the locality, city and state you typed are sent to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service to find the place on a map; Plotwise does not use your device’s GPS. The Android app shows banner ads from Google AdMob, which may collect an advertising ID and ad-interaction data, as explained in the Plotwise privacy policy.
AI MultiTool
AI MultiTool sends your messages directly from your browser to the AI service that answers them: its built-in free AI (Pollinations), Puter if you sign in to it, or a service whose key you add (for example Google, Groq or OpenRouter). Your messages and keys never pass through or get stored on our server, and that service’s own privacy policy applies to what you send it.
Your sessions, settings and any keys you add are saved in your browser. If Google sign-in is available and you use it, they are also saved to a private app-data folder in your own Google Drive that only AI MultiTool can see. The Android app keeps them on your phone.
SiteBuilder
SiteBuilder runs entirely in your browser. Your projects are saved in your browser’s storage and in any .sb files you choose to save; they’re never sent to our server. Images you add are stored inside the project. If Google Drive sync is available and you use it, a backup copy is saved to a private app-data folder in your own Google Drive that only SiteBuilder can see.
Influencer Pro
Influencer Pro is software you download and run on your own Windows PC. It only listens on your own computer, and the photos, videos, voices and settings you create stay there. We don’t receive any of it. During setup it downloads AI models and tools from their publishers (such as Hugging Face and GitHub). If you connect social-media accounts, your keys are stored only on your PC and your posts go directly to those platforms through their official APIs.
Advertising
Some pages show ads from Google AdSense to pay for hosting. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure how ads perform.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You can turn off personalised advertising in Google’s Ad Settings, or turn off some third-party vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info.
- Google explains how it uses information from sites that show its ads in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you will be asked for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time.
Data stored on your device
Some apps save your settings or progress in your browser’s local storage so they are there next time. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
